Stephen Delamere - Broker, Owner
 Stephen Delamere is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts and attended Boston University and the New England School of Law. He received his law degree, with honors, in 1992 and is a practicing attorney licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut. In 2005 he and Mike Flynn founded The Delamere Flynn Group. Stephen and his wife Tara have two daughters, Keira and Tyla. He and his family reside in Easton, Massachusetts.
Mike Flynn - Sales Manager, Owner
 Mike Flynn was born in Boston, MA and has always loved city living. In 1989
he received his business degree from St. Anselm College. Now Co-Founder of the
Delamere Flynn Group, Mike feels that with his sales experience and
relationships in the Boston area, he will help drive the next big time Real
Estate Company. Mike considers focusing on service and listening to the customer to be the most important aspects of the client-realtor relationship. Mike
resides in South Boston, MA and
always enjoys a good run with two Boston Marathons under his belt. Mike is married to Paula Maguire, who is also a sales agent with DFG.

Debbie Gillis - Sales Associate
 Debbie Gillis is a 1990 graduate of Fontbonne Academy and a 1992 Blaine Beauty School graduate She is a lifelong resident of Boston and spent two years working at Boston City Hall. Debbie has worked in the cosmetology industry for the last thirteen years, which includes the past three years in which she has been self-employed as a hair dresser. Debbie has always been interested in real estate and decided to pursue this by becoming a realtor in 2005. She currently resides in West Roxbury with her husband and three small children.
Kelley Santangelo - Sales Associate
 Kelley received her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Fitchburg State College in 1991 and her Masters degree as a Reading Specialist from Wheelock College in 1996. She spent nine years teaching, but has spent the last few years taking care of her four children at home. Kelley is originally from Central Massachusetts, but she has been living in West Roxbury for the last twelve years. Kelley received her real estate license recently, and has been enjoying meeting and working with home buyers and sellers along with viewing many different types of properties.
Susan Flynn - Sales Associate
 Susan Flynn is originally from Winchester and now resides in West Roxbury with her husband and four children. She graduated from Saint Anselm College and then worked for years in the medical industry as a Marketing Communications Manager. Susan's attention to detail and love for taking on real estate challenges has brought her to our team!
Paula Maguire - Sales Associate
 Paula was born and raised in Melrose, MA. A graduate from UMass Dartmouth,
she currently works in the healthcare management field with Quest
Diagnostics. Paula enjoys the always changing trends of the real estate
market and looks forward to helping buyers and sellers find their dream
homes. Paula enjoys a run around Castle Island or spending a sunny day at
Fenway Park.
Laura Mulry - Sales Associate
 Laura Mulry, a recently licensed real estate agent, currently works at her family's owned and operated construction renovation company in Boston. Laura graduated with a BA from the University of Massachusetts in 1990. She was born, raised, and is now raising four children of her own in West Roxbury with her husband Jim. Formerly a die-hard Johnny Damon fan Laura likes the Red Sox, shopping, Cher and spending her weekends on the beach with her family in Gloucester. Step aside Edie Britt!!!
Peter Hourihan - Sales Associate
 Raised in Roslindale, MA and now residing in South Boston,MA. Peter Hourihan began his academic career at Catholic Memorial High School later earning a Bachelors Degree in History at St. Anselm College. After 10 successful years in the Oil and I.T. industry, Peter decided to focus his talents on this new venture - Real Estate. Lifelong friends of founders Mike Flynn and Steve Delamere, Peter is excited to be at the beginning stages of The Delamere Flynn Group. Peter's deep roots in the Greater Boston area provides customers with an inside track and honest opinion, both crucial when making purchases in a competitive market.
