The Delamere Flynn Group's website offers you a handy mortgage calculator, seen below. Just follow the directions and hit "Calculate."
  1. Enter the number of monthly payments you'll be making. For example, 30 years of payments is equivalent to 360 months.
  2. Enter the interest rate at which you'll be making payments. You should input this as the APR in percentage form; for example: 7.5.
  3. Enter the principal loan amount in dollars. For example: $10,000 should be entered without punctuation, as so: 10000.
  4. Press "Calculate" to compute the monthly payment. You may press "Reset" to clear the calculator and start calculating again.
